The Delaware State Courts will be closed Wednesday, December 25, 2024 for Christmas Day. Justice of the Peace Court 11 (New Castle County) and Court 7 (Kent County) will remain open 24 hours and Justice of the Peace Court 3 (Sussex County) will be open from 6AM – 12AM (no new cases after 11:00PM).

Accredited Sponsor $350 annually and $50 for each program that is offered in any electronic format including Virtual, Remote, On Demand, Webinar, Zoom
Provider $75 in person, live program or In-House

$125 if offered in person, live and recorded for future use
Electronic format—Virtual, Remote, On Demand, Webinar, Zoom $125 per program
Late Fees $100 if program application submitted after program date

$250 if application submitted more than 30 days after program date

$100 if attendance is reported after 30 day deadline

$250 if attendance is reported more than 45 days after deadline
