Answer: No. As of November 1, 2024, you no longer have to separately verify your CLE transcript. If your compliance period ended 12/31 of the previous year you must certify your CLE compliance by March 1 on your Annual Registration Statement.

Answer: Providers have 30 days after the end of a course to submit attendance lists. If the program was a national seminar or local to another jurisdiction, the provider may not have sought approval. Check the program catalog at www.desclms.org. If you do not see the program in the catalog, you must apply for credit yourself. Credit for activities such as pro bono, mock trial, Supreme Court appointment, is granted only upon application by the lawyer through their DESCLMS.org account.

Answer: Make sure all programs you have attended have been approved. If you do not see a program you attended on your transcript contact the provider. If the provider does not apply for Delaware credit you must apply for the credit through your DESCLMS.org account.

Answer: If this is your reporting year, YES! You must certify compliance on your Annual Registration Statement no later than March 1 or you will be assessed late fees, regardless of whether or not you have completed the credits in a timely manner.
