Commissioner Bradley V. Manning

The Honorable Bradley V. Manning became a Commissioner of the Superior Court on October 15, 2014.

Commissioner Manning received his B.A. from the University of Delaware in 1998. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Widener University of School Law in 2001. He was admitted to the Delaware Bar in December 2001.

Prior to his appointment he worked as an Assistant Public Defender for 13 years and in the Department of Justice as a summer intern and Rule 56 student prosecutor.  Commissioner Manning also served in the U.S. Army and the Army Reserve from 1991-2006 attaining the rank of Captain.

Commissioner Manning's present term ends October 15, 2018.

Update: In November 2018 he was appointed as a Judge in the Court of Commom Pleas by Governor John Carney.
