Mission
The mission of the Superior Court Drug Diversion Court is to reduce or eliminate substance abuse and addiction by the offender.
We accomplish this by effectively assessing the risks and needs of the individual offender and providing a continuum of treatment services, supervision, rewards and sanctions in a non-adversarial setting by way of a partnership and collaborative efforts among the Court, treatment providers and representing attorneys.
