The Leonard L. Williams Justice Center is located on a 5.3-acre site in the City of Wilmington, bordered by 4th, 6th, Walnut and King Streets.
Occupants of the building include the Court of Chancery, Superior Court, Family Court, Court of Common Pleas, Register in Chancery, Prothonotary, Administrative Office of the Courts, Law Library, Filing and Payment Center, Jury, and Capitol Police. The Attorney General, Public Defender and Sheriff also have satellite offices in the Courthouse.
