Court Interpreter Program
2025 Delaware AOC Court Interpreter Certification/Qualification Program
All candidates wishing to become certified or otherwise qualified must complete a qualification and registration process consisting, in summary, of four steps: orientation seminar, written exam, oral exam, and a background check. The dates for each step in the qualification process are below.

If registration is open, a copy of the announcement/registration form can be accessed by selecting the date of the event.

Introduction to the Oral Exam:
A presentation on the Oral Exam is scheduled for May 08, 2025, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. All candidates who have passed the Written Exam are welcome to attend. Eligible candidates will be able to register after April 30 by emailing jennifer.figueira@delaware.gov. Location is to be determined. This presentation may be offered entirely via Zoom.
