Sussex County Courthouse
The Sussex County Courthouse is in the heart of Sussex County on The Circle.
Occupants of the building include the Superior Court, Court of Common Pleas and Capitol Police. The Sussex County Court House is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Employees wishing to gain access to the courthouse prior to 8:30 a.m. may do so by using their State Issued Employee Badge.
