Filing a Complaint
A complaint must be submitted in writing to the Clerk of the Court on the Judiciary. A complaint must be executed by oath or affirmation before a notary public or other authorized person. We recommend that you keep a copy of the complaint and all communications with the Clerk of the Court for your records.
A complaint in the Court on the Judiciary is confidential.
