Why do children die in Delaware? Which deaths may have been prevented? It is only through a comprehensive, multidisciplinary review of child deaths that we will better understand how and why children die. We use our findings to take action that can prevent other deaths and improve the health and safety of our children. For more information please review the Delaware Child Death Review Legislation.
