Due to inclement weather, the Delaware State Courts will be closed on Monday, February 23, 2026. Justice of the Peace Court 11 (New Castle) will remain open 24 hours. Justice of the Peace Court 7 (Dover) and Court 3 (Georgetown) will follow their normal operating hours (6:00A - midnight).
