Jury Service and COVID-19

The Delaware Courts appreciate this has been a difficult time in our country and state and you naturally have some concerns, questions or hesitation to serve as a juror. However, the Court undertook a comprehensive study of how to reopen safely and conferred with health care and infectious disease experts and implemented a series of public health and safety changes to minimize the risk of infection for jurors and other court users. Please review the below document and view the video from the county where you have been summoned for additional details on those changes along with some helpful information.
