All New Castle County Superior Court scheduled matters from Monday, January 26th will be heard on Tuesday, January 27th at the same scheduled time. View the New Castle County Daily Calendar.

The Kent County Courthouse and the Kent County Family Court buildings will be closed on Tuesday, January 27th to allow facilities extra time de-ice around the buildings. All remaining Kent County court locations will open at 10AM (with the exception of the 24-hr JP Court location which will remain open). New Castle County and Sussex County court locations will operate on their regular schedules.
