The conference rooms are only available to court-related businesses
(i.e. law firms, arbitrators, mediators) and those conducting business in the courthouse.

STEP 2: SELECT DATES AND ACCOMMODATIONS NEEDED

Please fill out the dates and accommodations needed below. If you need a room for a different time period then 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, you will need to contact Debbie Grossman at 302-255-0087.

Below are available Space Accommodations and Costs:
Checks should be made payable to the Administrative Office of the Courts and sent to The Administrative Office of the Courts at 405 North King Street, Suite 507, Wilmington, DE 19801.

Conference Room LL2:

Seating:

Seating for 12 at table plus 14 additional chairs

Equipment:

Two white boards, two screens (no overhead projector)

Cost:

$50.00 for a one-day trial (3 hours a day 11:00 am - 2pm) or $200.00 for any trial 4-5 days. $100 for the entire day (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) for a one-day trial or $300.00 for any trial 3-5 days. The rental periods encompass set up and clean time.

Conference Room 12th Floor:

Seating:

Seating for 28

Equipment:

Podium, whiteboard and screen, two plasma tv's at opposite ends of the room
Phone and conference call equipment
Kitchen with refrigerator

Cost:

$100.00 for a one-day trial (3 hours a day 11:00 am - 2:00 pm) or $300.00 for any trial 3-5 days. $150.00 for the whole day (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) for a one-day trial or $450.00 for any trial 3-5 days. The rental periods encompass set up and clean time.
