NOTICE REGARDING CLE COMPLIANCE DATE: 
Please be advised, that pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 64(g), 66(e), 69(b)(i), 69(b)(iv), 69(d)(ii), 69(f)(ii) and 69(j) and CLE Rule 3(C)(3)(a), amended on October 22, 2008, the finalized Delaware CLE Transcript will be available for review on February 1, 2010. If it is your reporting year, your verification/certification of the 2009 transcript is due to this Office by March 1, 2010.
An email will be sent on February 1, 2010 regarding the process for reviewing and certifying the finalized transcripts online.
There will be no change to the due dates for completing and reporting Make-Up Plans (completion is due April 30 and reporting is due May 15). |

Judging Moot Court Competitions
On February 7, 2007 and November 7, 2007, the Commission posted changes to their previous policy regarding credit for judging moot court competitions and judging or coaching the Delaware and National High School Mock Trial competitions. The policy statement may be viewed on our website at http://courts.delaware.gov/cle/pol/judgingmootcourt.pdf. As of November 7, 2007, applicants should use the new Form 8-B(1) when applying for credit for moot court competitions and new Form 8-B(2) when applying for credit for judging or coaching Delaware and National High School Mock Trial competitions.
