FILING AND PAYMENT CENTER REVAMPS OPERATIONS

Lines have been reduced in the Filing and Payment Center, located on the first floor of the New Castle County Courthouse, due to a new cross-training program which began last summer. As the result of the training, all employees can now accept payments for each court, as well as for the Office of State Court Collections and the Department of Correction Supervision Fees. This change has brought greater efficiencies to the Center by eliminating the needs for separate lines for different courts/departments.
