REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

DELAWARE SUPREME COURT

Proposals for professional services to provide investigative/forensic auditing and related services will be received by the Delaware Supreme Court, c/o Andrea L. Rocanelli, Esquire, Chief Counsel, Office of Disciplinary Counsel, Carvel State Office Building, 11th Floor, 820 N. French St., Wilmington, DE   19801.  The deadline for submission of the responses will be 3:00 p.m. May 9, 2008.

The selection criteria for the above professional services will include experience, price, reputation, expertise and other relevant criteria contained in the Request for Proposals and 29 Del.C. Sec. 6981 (e).  The selection process shall conform with 29 Del.C. Sec. 6982 (b).  The Delaware Supreme Court shall determine which applicants meet the minimum qualifications.  The Delaware Supreme Court shall interview at least one (1) of the qualified individuals or firms.  At any point in the negotiation process, the Delaware Supreme Court may, at its discretion, terminate negotiations with any or all individuals or firms.

Four (4) copies of the proposal should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address listed above conspicuously labeled “Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the Delaware Supreme Court – Forensic/Investigative Auditing and Related Services Proposal.”  Sealed proposals will be opened at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2008.
