Information for Fail Applicants

2007 Delaware Bar Examination

If you were unsuccessful on the 2007 Delaware Bar Examination, your scores on the essay portion of the Bar Examination and your scaled MBE score along with the following instructions are being sent to you by mail.

In accordance with Board of Bar Examiners Rule 19, you have the right to obtain copies of your essay answers to the Bar Examination together with copies of two representative answers to each question. The cost is $10.00 per question. A form to order these materials is available and must be returned to the Board no later than Wednesday, October 17, 2007.

Any questions regarding your exam results should be made in writing.
