NEW CASTLE COUNTY
In New Castle County, after 5:30 P.M. the night before you are scheduled to report, call the Jury Information Line, 302.255.0800, select menu option #2. You will get a recording which asks you to select your jury type. The type appears in the upper right hand corner of your summons. You have been summoned for one of five types:
		Petit (traditional jury service), Select option #1
		Capital Murder, Select option #2
		Complex Civil Litigation, Select option #3
		Justice of the Peace Court 13, Select option #4
		Special Criminal, Select option #5
		For Parking instructions, Press #6
	You will then hear a recording which lists each group, by number, explaining when and where to report. (Your group number also appears in the upper right hand corner of your summons.) There are occasions when all groups are not asked to report. If the recording indicates your group is NOT to report, and you have made special arrangements to attend, you may still report. This will be officially recognized.
	KENT COUNTY
		In Kent County, after 5:00 P.M., for Petit Jury, call 302.739.5328; for Capital and Special Jury, call 302.739.4666.
	SUSSEX COUNTY
		In Sussex County, after 5:00 P.M., call 302.856.5624.
