Civil and Criminal Filing Fees

FEES and FILINGS FOR THE DELAWARE JUDICIAL BRANCH

Court	Notes	Service/Transaction
Supreme Court	The filing fee generally is the only fee charged by the Supreme Court.	Notice of Appeal Filing Fee
Court of Chancery	Charges for matters not covered by Court of Chancery Rule 3 shall be fixed by Order of the Court. Superior Court	Civil Fees (Civil Rules of Procedure: Rule 77(h).) All filing fees shall be nonrefundable and shall cover costs, except Sheriff 's service, which shall be paid separately by the moving party to the Sheriff.
