179 12/22/2011 Rescinds Administrative Directive No. 108, Third Amendment issued on 4/11/2003. States a Judge is no longer required to file a report of marriage ceremonies performed by that Judge with the Administrative Office of the Courts. Directs a Judge officiating a marriage or civil union ceremony to be responsible for maintaining a copy or the original of the marriage or civil union form.
170 12/08/2008 Directs that Friday, December 26, 2008 shall be observed as a holiday for Courts and Agencies within the Judicial Branch of Delaware; however, they will remain in operation to the extent that is necessary to provide those same emergency and essential services as are provided on other State holidays.
164 12/05/2007 Directs Monday, December 24, 2007 to be observed as a holiday for Courts and Agencies within the Judicial Branch of the State of Delaware.

152 12/24/2003 Rescinds Administrative Directive No. 143and directs each court to manage its personnel funding line to ensure that the court does not have a personnel funding deficit at the end of the current fiscal year.
