In order for OCA to be successful, it is dependent upon Delaware lawyers volunteering to represent children, and for that, we need your help!
Please consider signing up for the Office of the Child Advocate’s Nuts and Bolts guardian ad litem training so that you can join your colleagues in representing Delaware’s abused, neglected and dependent children. At any given time, about 350 children statewide are being represented by volunteer lawyers through OCA.
