On Tuesday, January 17, 2017 the Kent County Courthouse and Family Court in Dover will be closed to the public and employees due to the Governor’s Inauguration ceremony.

The Delaware State Courts will be closed on Monday, January 16th for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Justice of the Peace Courts 11 (New Castle County), 7 (Kent County), and 3 (Sussex County) will remain open.
