INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILING A COMPLAINT ABOUT
THE UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE OF LAW IN DELAWARE
The unauthorized practice of law, by an individual who is not authorized to
practice law in the State of Delaware, includes, but is not limited to, the
following conduct:

giving legal advice on matters relating to Delaware law;

drafting legal documents or pleadings for use by someone other than
himself/herself and not under the supervision of a Delaware lawyer;
-
appearing as legal counsel for, or otherwise representing, a person or entity
(other than himself/herself) in a court or at a governmental agency proceeding;
-
holding himself/herself out as a Delaware lawyer;

under what circumstances the unauthorized practice of law occurred;

names of other persons with knowledge that the unauthorized practice of law
occurred.

COMPLAINT. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.
