CIVIL:

CRIMINAL:

Family Court criminal rules can be found in the Rules section along with a complete listing of all rule changes.

NOTICE

Pursuant to Senate Bill 75:

All state courts shall assess as part of court costs a supplemental court security assessment on each initial civil filing and on each criminal, traffic or delinquency charge for which there is a conviction or finding of delinquency or responsibility, or voluntary assessment paid.

An assessment of $10 will be added to each criminal, traffic and delinquency charge beginning February 15, 2008.

An assessment of $10 will be added to each initial civil filing beginning February 29, 2008.
